Rachel DuBraski is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals, families and couples. She obtained her master’s degree at Fairfield University and has worked in patient care, management, and clinical therapy in residential, outpatient, school, pediatric, and private settings.

Rachel has been extensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to address issues related to emotion regulation and trauma. Rachel utilizes Structural and Strategic therapy modalities within her family, parenting, and couples work and integrates other frameworks where helpful.

Rachel provides a safe and nurturing environment to explore and assist in finding new perspectives and areas for growth. Rachel strives to meet her clients where they are, to build strength and resilience, while collaborating to change cycles of interaction that may keep them stuck or disconnected. Rachel believes we are all desiring connection, love, and resolution. When there is motivation and willingness, opportunities for change and growth can occur.
