Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Linda specializes in helping adults work through anxiety and depression as they relate to life challenges such as substance use, mood disorders, divorce, midlife issues, or difficult life transitions.
Linda has experience working in a psychiatric hospital setting both inpatient and outpatient as well as in their dual diagnosis residential programs. Linda is passionate about meeting her clients where they are and collaborating on personal goals to enhance all aspects of their lives. Linda has been DBT and CBT trained and works from a strengths perspective to help clients navigate through their struggles.
Linda received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at Fordham University in New York and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Baldwin-Wallace University in Ohio. Linda is a fully licensed social worker in the state of Connecticut.
